HERB ELLIS JAZZ GUITAR METHOD SWING BLUES BK/CD
The Herb Ellis Jazz Guitar Method is designed to take the mystery out of playing jazz guitar. Each book in the method is based on one of the three pivotal chord progressions in the jazz guitarists repertoire. Herb teaches single-note improvisation through a system of simple shapes that are derived from chord fingerings.

Solo and soli trumpets are featured in the middle section before a meter and style change into a medium (Spanish) waltz tempo in 3/4. A return to the fast Beguine tempo in 4/4 takes us to a charming ending.
